About sixteen miles west of Kerrville along the Guadalupe, Hunt is country of river properties, weekend homes, and short-term rentals. We regularly handle seasonal maintenance, repairs, and rental-turnaround work out this way, plus larger kitchen and bath remodels.
Call 830-285-3509Many Hunt homes are second homes or booked weekends away from town, so work is often scheduled around guests and finished on a firm date. We handle seasonal maintenance, deck and trim repairs, fixture swaps, and the fast turnaround a rental calendar demands.
When a river property is ready for a real upgrade, we do the full job — cabinets, countertops, tile, and layout changes for kitchens, and showers, vanities, and fixtures for baths. See our kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodels.
Properties near the water can carry floodplain considerations, which shape what's permitted and how it has to be built — we flag that honestly during the estimate.
